COmputer Stuck in Debug mode

OK, so this computer is stuck in debug mode as seen in the pic. It is the schools, not mine, and for some reason they are not fixing it. If it is an easy fix please tell me

OK thanks I'll try it (tried in bios didn't work) (side note, when entering bios says enter pass or cancel, cacel take you to the bios still lol fail)
