Computer brokey and not posting

Basically I bought a new MOBO and COU today (everything else from my old PC). I got an ROG B550-f gaming and a ryzen 7 5800x. Since installing everything my computer hasn’t worked. I get one shirt beep from the speaker and that’s it. I’m lost and have spent hours trying to fix this. So far I’ve done everything; CMOS reset, bios flash, reseating the RAM, using new RAM, using 1 stick of RAM, putting my RAM in every configuration you can think of, reseating the CPU, reseating the CPU again and using a different 8 pin for my cpu.Please help.

I forgot to mention that I have an 800 watt Corsair psu, an RTX 2070, 32gb rip jaws ddr4, 1 512gb WD black m.2, 2 512gb Samsung SSD’s, a Corsair AIO and windows 10. I don’t know what version BIOS I’m running

Solution: new Ruben CPU’s don’t work well with B550 motherboards because the firmware for those motherboards is out of date so I updated it
