Looks more like a dead graphics card to me.

What are the specifications of your system?

I instaled windows yestersay fresh on my pc and today when it turned it on i was greatet with that screen but it cant get pass that loop

What are the full system specifications??? How old is the graphics card??? Does this occur in BIOS?

Gpu:nvidia geforce gtx 1650 4gb

8gb of ram

Power suplie:350w  lc power lc6350 V2.3 80+

Bronze erp

I bought pre build pc 21.2.2021
