CPU: AMD FX8320

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 EVO

Mobo: MSI 760GMA-p34

So, I have just built a new gaming pc, and the base cpu clock is 3.5GHz, I would really like to overclock it up to 4.0GHz, or maybe slightly higher. I have asked around before about this, and what people seemed to say is that my mobo isn't high enough quality - apparantly the VRM has no heatsink, and the board could get damaged.

I have looked around for some sort of heatsink I could put on the VRM before I start messing around with overclocking, and I found these. I don't know if they're worth it though?

Also, are vrm and MOSFETs similar, I am slightly confused. Any help would be much appreciated, I have never done it before.
