That's about normal in Ontario. I have Rogers express (25Mb down, $50) and I have had some speed issues before, so I complained. Now I'm getting 55Mb down for the same price.

I just kept having issues with speed, and kept complaining. And they fixed it.

I'm on videotron- im not sure if it is just my router, but it is so spotty.

I pay $65 for 2 mb/ps... I know my case is quite horrible but you should know you are quite lucky already mate ;)

Teksavvy they have DSL and Cable DSL just became dirt cheap (6, 10, 15mbps tiers are all only $32 with 300GB cap that isnt in effect from 2-8. If your in a rogers area their cable is cheap too but not so much in the cogeco areas.

Paying 100+ a month for unlimited ADSL2+ @ 12.1mbp/s down and 0.8 mbp/s down.

Its horrible, we get slaughtered here.
