New PSU, now windows won't boot

Syrthewolf

So I installed a new PSU, everything turns on, BIOS posts, and I get the windows logo and the little loading circle, but then it just stays on a black screen never actually getting to the login screen. Anyone know what's going on?

Went into boot menu in bios and it sees and recognizes all my drives and peripherals. I just can't figure out why changing the PSU would stop windows from fully booting up.

And everything worked with the old PSU?

Can you list some specs?  What PSU, what cables, what drives, etc.?
