Its seems like the thread I linked to is false positive. I don't think XTU is supported on Sandy Bridge or any platform before 6th gen aka Skylake.

There were older versions of xtu which supported sandy bridge though. I had it running on my laptop once, but is a few years ago

It is called XTU-Setup-exe.exe though.. I have found all versions of programs on this site in the past.
