what temp do i believe

i just want to no what temp to believe Speed fan and HW monitor are the same but also in HW monitor it says the same as core temp i do have a liquid cooler. it seems like core temp changes more often

Believe the motherboard temperature probe.  AMD's temperature probes work in strange and mysterious ways; especially since 17C is probably below your room's temperature.

i will believe speed fan then because i just checked the bios and it says the same

Yeah AMD is weird like that with their temp sensors. Built my buddy a PC and went to monitor the temps but no matter what program we used we got some insanely low level like 7 degrees or something give or take 10c, never making it up to room temp.
