Other details Looking for a prebuolt for a friend I've got a keyboard for him and a mouse he wants a PC that can run games on med setting 60 fps and stream 720 or 1080

One from Best Buy has one, but build it yourself one has an apu. Not great for streaming, but also that budget isn't great for gaming either. You'll have to get dirt cheap used parts right now, to get anything good.
