You might be able to get an SSD, but even that's a stretch. That's not really enough to do an upgrade worth making and you're better off saving your money to do something a bit more.

I'm not well versed in the market of India, so prices are probably going to be off. You're probably just going to have to find the cheapest SSD for this, since most 240GB SSDs sell for about $30-40 US. You might be able to get a Crucial BX500 for that price, but again, that's iffy.

There is stuff that's cheaper, especially if you look at AliExpress, but they're a crap shoot on quality.
