I think they mean "double-slot", not double GPU.

There is room to replace the single-slot graphics card with a double-slot GPU, but the 180-watt power brick may limit your choices.

You're mostly limited by a very weak power supply. So you need to stick to GPUs that don't require additional external power:

For one thing the power supply probably isn't strong enough for faster cards and it most likely doesn't even have the additional cables. Also make sure to check the dimensions of the case. It may be large enough for double slot cards, but a card could also be too long to fit.

Keep in mind that your CPU is also fairly weak. In games that require a fast CPU this may still hold you back. It might also not allow the GPU to reach its full speed, because the CPU can't supply it with data fast enough.
