Need help with ssd stuff

I just installed my a SSD but everything is in my HDD and i have to reinstall everything on my SSD also my HDD is still in my computer is there any way to where i dont have to reinstall everything?

Macrium would be my suggestion, walks you through it and it's very straightforward to use. And is free.

When I ran across this same situation after buying my NVME SSD, I used the software in the link below.  It works great and best of all, there is a FREE version that works.  It's called AOMEI Partition Assistant, and you can download it here.

Just don't forget to click the "APPLY" button in the upper left corner in-between the different steps.
