Server connection disappeared

Ok guys this is driving me insane , 

My setup consists of 

My pc 

My old laptop (using it as a servers, connected to my pc via ethernet cable )

And another laptop in the living room ( used for media streaming , also connected to my old laptop via ethernet cable)

Everything was going well till i decided to clean up my desk 

Now my pc does not want accept the my old laptop , its not appearing in the network tab in file explorer , it only appears in the advanced option in network and sharing center named "ethernet"

 

Whats driving me nuts is that as i said there's another laptop connect to it , it works just fine , so the problem isn't with my old laptop or the streaming laptop , nor is it cables cuz i switched , so it must be my pc , i watched allot of YouTube tutorials , no use , PLEASE HELP !

I even tried connecting the laptop directly to the pc , no use , but when i connected it to the other laptop , works fine , i haven't changed any software or settings , im so confused what changed

I even tried connecting all my computers to wifi , and test the wifi network , same thing , the shared folder appeared on one and not the other
