OBS recording lagging

instant replay turns off by itself in cod vanguard so i decided to use obs and the recording is lagging, im guessing cuz my gpu is maxed out in cod so there is no room for recording? 

specs:

rtx 3080

r7 5800x

32gb ram

 

any fix?
