Before upgrading, you might want to invest in getting rid of all the dust inside your machine.  Canned air and a horse-hair paint brush will work.  Personally, I use an air compressor out in the garage with a filter attached to the output of the compressor where the hose is attached.  Got to make sure no moisture or other contaminants are blown into my machine.  Good Luck.

I cleaned it. These are older pictures. Do you have any parts you think I can start with and upgrade cause 45 fps avg in beamng drive with low to medium settings ain't working anymore.

Sorry, just parted ways with my last 500GB SSD to a friend of mine that wanted to upgrade from a 500GB HHD.  He about messed his drawers after seeing the difference in the speed when booting.  Other than that, I do have a couple of 2.5inch HDD's sitting in the cabinet but those most likely won't do you any good from what you already have.  Fresh out of GPU's.  I do have a USED Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard but it most likely won't do you any good either.  If you want it you can have it at no cost, all you have to do is come and get it and it's yours.

Oh, I meant parts to buy from a store. Where do you live, cause I live in eastern Europe (Romania)

Then you know what to swap out.

GPU is 1500 RON but What else do I buy besides a psu

I would highly recommend you to consider used market first. But yeah, besides the GPU and PSU, i dont have any other idea to add.

Mobo or case?

Well up to you. Personally for mobo and CPU combo i would keep it till the next generation of 6000 series zen CPU/12th gen Intel as 2700 is plenty decent, but for case i would go for it if you can find a good deal on a good airflow case. A good place to start in that department on a budget would be the NR400 from Cooler Master, Focus G from Fractal Design, and Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh.

Ok, but I only have 2 Ram slots, so should I buy dual channel Ram too?

Yes absolutely

~30% performance diff between single and dual channel ram in my experience, i think you can just buy another stick of 2400mhz and overclock both rams, maybe youll get ~3000mhz or more, not ideal since that ram prob has ass shit timings but itll work and still be better than single channel

Upgrade the psu, maybe a 700w or more unit

Dont upgrade the gpu for now, just overclock it cause gpu market is in shambles

Upgrade the board to something better, pref a b550a pro or a mobo like it but i think a b450 ds3h will be good enough

If you can maybe upgrade the cpu to a 5600x, sounds stupid going from 8 cores to 6 cores but zen+ has garbage performance compared to zen3, even a bloody epyc 7603 32 core server processor gets beaten by a 16 core 5950x desktop processor (im talking raw cpu performance not their application, servers will have much more i/o then a desktop along with other features duh)

I agree with everything besides the CPU, because the system is already bottlenecked by the GPU. A new CPU would just bottleneck it more. Task Manager While playing BeamNG.drive: CPU 40% GPU:90%. And that is a CPU intensive game.

Just ignore the cpu part and just overclock the sht out of your gpu

I think I'll go with the NR400
