COD Warzone default filter applied everywhere

Warzone has a weird color filter that gets automatically applied when I launch the game and removed when I quit the game (I'm not sure if this is an nvidia thing or not. There doesn't seem to be any game filter applied when I check geforce experience). Recently, however, I was forced to shut down my pc midgame and after rebooting, I noticed the filter stayed. I've tried clean installing the latest drivers, reinstalling older drivers, and reinstalling geforce experience. The color filter would only temporarily disappear and reappear on reboot (sometimes it would completely randomly flicker on and off). I don't know what to do and I don't see anyone else anywhere else with this problem. It can't be a monitor problem. Please help.
