Can someone help me, this is my first desktop build and its giving me a lot of headaches for months.

I already RMA my CPU and GPU because the restart happens when they stress test the CPU and GPU. but now its totally random after with the new CPU and GPU. Already DDU the old drivers

I already ran memtest 86 no errors, disabled XMP profile. SSD and HDD are in good health. PSU is now issue because I stress test both CPU and GPU for 4 hours at the same time

I would update bios. Make sure everything is set to default. And reinstall windows. I got kernal event 41 and reinstalling windows fixed that.
