Audio from Keypress

Does there exist a software where, for example, I press Ctrl + C and an audio clip of the word "copy" is pronounced? 

 

I tried composing something by combining OBS + AutoHotkey but the result was subpar.

Sounds like an accessibility setting. Windows may have something built in, but unless you're doing it for a blind person you can get a keyboard that shows common hotkeys.

There are probably some older software to do this. Look for "soundboard". In OBS, you can set hotkeys to play sound clips. The setup overall is bit tricky, but will work fine. You are adding each soundfile as Media in Sources. Then set hotkey to replay the clip.
