So I am going to getting a pair of Sennheiser HD 600 and was told I would need to get a DAC. I have a 3 PC setup currently. Gaming PC, Secondary PC I let friends use for LANs but use this with Synergy Mostly watching Streams and Videos and now I have a work laptop. I would like to setup a way that I can use my new headphones to listen to all 3 computers at the same time.

I also have an XLR mic that I would like to use between two of them but do NOT want to hear myself speak or monitor the mic at all. I do not know anything about audio and am looking for help and suggestions on what I would need to make this possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, plug them in. If you notice too much noise, get a DAC.

Plug in all the computers, and then turn them all on.  After they all boot up, turn the volume up all the way and crank out some Led Zeppelin, AC-DC or something similar.  Just make sure that everything is maxxed out as loud as can be.

headphone is easy, get yourself a good mixer that have atleast 3 stereo input (6 if all of the input is mono)

mic?, yeah that part is not so easy especially since it was an xlr mic, unless you want to unplug and plugin the audio interfaces everytime you want to switch to another pc

This is probably the most professional and cheapest solution. It has an ADC and a DAC.
There are larger models with more inputs but this one is a very hi quality unit comparable to very expensive DACs.
I am a sound engineer for a very long time ( I have a long grey beard).
