DIY portable Display

I recently disassembled and salvaged what i could form my old Dell XPS 15 L502X (may it one day be of service again) now i remember watching this video where a guy disconnects a laptop display and turns it into a portable display.

Well i have a disassembled display that could be put to good use, so why not?

 

Now as far i have ascertained, i need 2 main things.

1. Display control/driver board= takes care of power and display ports

2. some kind of reinforcement- for this i plan on using what was formerly the cover of my laptop.

 

now i am mainly having difficulty identifying which display control board is for my display and i would like some help knowing which one is for my display

I also don't know what is the model number hence i cant identify which display board to get.

 

 

Could someone tell me which is the model number from these pictures?
