no 😞 no new programs, I even played VALORANT with locked 850Mhz at low settings back in the day when it worked with 144fps... GPU has no trouble with that

UPDATE (SOLVED) OMG... I've just turned off the 165Hz monitor because I was going to sleep... and it automagically underclocked to 300Mhz!!! Unheard! 27w consumption... Stonks!

thanks btw!!image.thumb.png.9200e6c0ea423532f89c0126160ca86c.png

I want to underclock my Gigabyte RTX 2060 SUPER OC

I saw many people asking why... but anyways, here is why:  I use my personal PC as a server for a service I run on the internet, and it needs to be 24/7 turned on, as my service is 24/7...

anyways, My Idle consumption is 50 - 52w, but previous to the drivers update I was able to underclock it from 1065Mhz to 850Mhz... leading to a 31w consumption when I was going to sleep 🙂

This is not possible anymore, and I cant make it go under 1050Mhz...

My question is: ¿Is there a way to bypass this restriction on the new drivers?

Forgot to mention, this driver apparently undervolted my GPU by default when idle to 631mV (I used that voltage when underclocked to 850Mhz, now its the default minimum for 1060Mhz) and when I lock the freq to 850, it not just only goes to 1050, but also raises the mV to 775... weird...
