Help with hard drive OS

I have a computer with an SSD it has windows on it and a few files. I have an old HDD drive with important files that I need off of it but it has windows on it too. I have an external shroud usb thing for it. What should I do?

It looks like it is a USB dock, correct? Assuming the hard drive is functioning and not corrupted, you should be able to pull the files you need off of that hard drive if you connect it to another PC.
