I played some of the original mod back in the day. But it got too realistic to my taste.

The idea sounds a lot like the Arma games tbh.

 

Teamwork and coordination may be encouraged, but you'll likely get gameplay SovietWomble style (not bad, just horrible, hilarious teams).

The original mod was made in a spirit of ArmA and Red Orchestra which were also big at that time.
