So I’ve recently built a new Ryzen 5600x gaming build with a Kingston A2000 1TB NVME SSD installed in the primary m.2 slot. When I set up everything and got into the bios, it wouldn’t show up, and when I got to the windows installation, it still wouldn’t show up for that either. What should I do?

If it doesn't show up in BIOS, it won't show up in the Windows installer. Your first course of action should be to remount the SSD. After this, I would try changing around the M.2 slot, because the top one could be dead, or I've even heard of some motherboards having different slots optimized for different brands of SSDs. It at least couldn't hurt to try swapping the slot around.
