Oculus rift s black screen

When I try to use my to use my rift s but when I put it on the screen stays black. Everything in the software says it's fine. The other time I tried on this computer (which is a laptop if that matters) it did the same thing but I got it to work although I don't remember how. It could have been with driver updates but if it was it's not working this time. I have looked through all of the top results from searching "no picture rift s" on chrome.

 

 

Edit it: Don't know why but I solved it by disabling my dgpu and re-enabling it
