right so my little cousin has his new system built and keep having issues of games keep crashing, im guessing it has something to do with the GPU as alot of the code comming back are GPU related.

games like warzone and apex are crashing but games like csgo or valorant run perfecly fine

Im wondering to what could be the issuse ive tired everything most people have suggested from update driver , bios update , temps are fine

spec are below

ryzen 2600
zotac 2060 mini
b450 tomahawk
16gb 3200 vengence
700w evga psu

just wondering if anyone else has any ideas what the issuse is or if the card defective and needs RMA

on warzone he tired it once and it jsut locks up the game

on apex you  get the  0x887A0006- DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG , the applications decvice failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application, this is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed

i tired it all on low and it worked for a couple days and it gone back to the same error code , dont think it could be anything to do with the port ? currenlty running on DP

overwatch now gives a code such as  the device rendering lost

warzone either crashes , locks up , or gives dev error 5763

im starting to think something is wrong hardwhere wise , gonna get in touch with the company that supplied it

That's always a possibility.

I once had an issue with an evga Nvidia card . I was about to RMA the card after hours of troubleshooting on my own and troubleshooting with an evga support rep. It turned out to be some conflict with the Geforce Experience and Nvidia HDMI drivers, so I disabled those and my issue went away. (not saying that is your issue, just an example of how issues that seem hardware related can be deceiving and turn out to be driver/software issues).

Anyways, I found this...

Apex Legends

https://appuals.com/fix-apex-legends-engine-error-0x887a0006/

and this...

Warzone

https://tencomputer.com/dev-error-5763-on-modern-warfare-warzone/

Maybe want to give some of these solutions a try first before RMA-ing the card.

Are you overclocking the RAM or using XMP? Perhaps the RAM is not stable at the current frequency and so it is causing corruption of the game files (all it takes is one bit to be flipped to a 1 when it should be a 0, or vice versa).

Try disabling XMP in the BIOS settings and see if it helps.

the ram is overclocked to the spec speed, i will give it a go and lower the ram speed

as for the link you sent, ive done the changes to apex but didnt really help as for warzone  ill give that a try and see , it seems to have issuse with putting textures any higher than low
