my games keep crashing

Go to solution Solved by ChibakuTenesi,

i have found a solution
setting the DRAM voltage to auto fixed the issue for me @3200mhz

Hello
When I play games I encounter some random crashes (exit to desktop without errors) But I found a way to solve it by reducing the maximum CPU performance by 5% in the power plan of the control panel This is causing my CPU to stay at 2.7GHz causing me to lose 20 frames or 15 frames, which is huge, keep in mind my GPU is a bit old
*my gpu is updated to latest drivers , temps are below 75C at heavy gaming load
*my cpu temps are below 80C while gaming (stock cooler)
*ram speed reduced from 3600mhz to 3200mhz due to motherboard dosen't support 3600 (and my cpu i guess)
*installed chipset drivers and changed to ryzen balanced power plan
*games i tested (GTAV/AC Origins) latest patch
my specs
ryzen 5 2600 (stock)
b450m steel legend
hp v8 ddr4 3600 cl18
rx470 4gb
128gb ssd only for windows
psu 500watt (deepcool dn500)
purchase date 28/7/2021

either the cpu is overheating, or the motherboard's VRMS which i highly doupt. mayby up the fan curve and see if it helps?

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

My cpu is below 80°C, most of the time below 75°C while my motherboard is running at 45°C
I boosted all five of my fans to the max still crash

Psu is also a craptastic unit so by op lowering the frequency the power draw dropped too.

my friend told me test my psu by using aida64 stability test, and survived 5 mins without crashes
i don't know if this is a good way to test it

Run "furmark" and "Prime 95" small FFT at the same time and see if the pc crashes

okay i'l try
but my pc don't crash at all
it's only games and they just exit to desktop without any errors
no stutters not bugs made to force the game to quit
