I would uninstall then AMD driver, then use Display Driver Uninstaller. Install the drivers from scratch. Are you sure you're installing the right one?

I am currently using the newest drivers but I've Uninstalled and installed drivers 3 times already but it has no effect that I can see. But I will try your solution to see if it will work better.

I'd see about doing a reformat of your C:\ drive and a full on clean windows re-install. If it's still doing that after that, then it's likely a hardware problem.

I Reformatted my C drive before and nothings changed do you think having integrated graphics on at the same time could affect the GPU?
