What are the specs for the computer?

What happens when you turn the PC on? Nothing? Turns on then turns off? Turns on but no display?

What is the foam doing under the motherboard?

Is the CPU power plugged in?  The top of the photo doesn't show it.

What are the yellow and black wires coming down besides the ram? Looks suspiciously like the CPU power wire, of it could be the CPU fan wire?

Is you power jumper wire (case switch) connected? Kinda looks missing.

 

Maybe upload a few more photos of the whole setup maybe?
