Help plz

Guys I have a really stressing problem my pc restarts automatically on its own sometimes cuz of a bsod and sometimes without no errors checked the software and all other factors they’re all ok what’s left is either the power supply or ram , so I tried the mem test 86 and it told me both my ram are fine , so focusing on the power supply now . So basically can a malfunctioning power supply work well for a period of time then malfunction? In my case when I restart my pc normally fans would spin faster causing a loud noise for 5 seconds or so and they go back to normal but after this issue started occurring my fans would go louder then quiet again but this time instead of giving output to the monitor they get louder again and won’t stop , forcing me to unplug the power and try powering it on again and it might not work requiring multiple unplugs and when my pc suddenly loads bearing in mind it might need over 10 unplugs it runs in to various errors . So is it the power supply or ram plz help

Please list your full PC specs including the PSU model.

 

Try clearing CMOS. How long did you allow memtest86 to run? The full 4 passes?
