Ok, that case, among many of its shortcoming (but people still buy it) uses a non-standard method for connecting front panel wires in an attempt to make things easier. You should have the main wire that comes from the front panel of the case and all you should need to do is plug that right into the motherboard assuming your motherboard uses a standard Intel layout for front panel connections.

ONLY if it doesn't, do you need to use that adapter that I think you have in your hand. This adapter is labeled H in the below picture (from your cases manual).

I assumed you also have an MSI Gaming Edge board of some variety (you didn't list it) based on the EDGE logo I can see so below is the front panel pinout of the MSI B550 Gaming Edge.

Assuming the Gaming Edge board you have is the same as the one I pulled that manual page from above, it does appear to use a standard Intel layout for those connectors so you do NOT need that adapter.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The cable coming from the front panel of your case plugs straight into the motherboard. Completely set aside that breakout adapter with the pins sticking out of it.

Connect the left hand cable (in the below image) to your motherboards front panel connectors. Put the adapter on the right (in the picture) away, it is NOT needed.

That picture (#1) is quite bad but its probably the USB connection for the Smart Device V2 (in pic #2). Needs to go to a USB2 header on your motherboard. If you can take a picture that lets me see what it actually is, I can confirm.

That's one end of one of the RGB daisy-chain cables for the NZXT RGB system. It would go into the RGB port on a fan or other NZXT RGB device.

I'm getting flashbacks to when I had a whole NZXT RGB fan system.. could not get rid of them fast enough, what a pain to wire.
