I'm pretty sure I heard something about a program that just lets you set a thermal limit to your gpu and it overclocks the core clock until it hits that limit. It's similar to Nvidia's but I'm not sure what it is called? Can someone tell me the name and also leave a link to the download :P thanks

All that does is set the clock at what you set at it and then tests it for stability. I can do that with msi afterburner or sapphire trixx. What I was looking for was the one where it varies the gpu clock depending on the limitations you have set.
