trouble regarding usb 3.0

Guys, my pc have 2 usb 3.0(blue in colour) slots, which are given below.1797796023_WhatsAppImage2021-08-28at8_25_00PM.thumb.jpeg.13045a42892cb7ebe0c9933cee71f25e.jpeg

 

I tried connecting an usb 3.0 device through this port. But it is showing as 2.0

When I tried checking it deeper I noticed that those 4 plus the connectors on the front are connected to a single hub. Even in the bios I was unable to figure out the problem.

How can I solve the problem and you suggestions ...

Take a photo of that and post it here.

What do you mean by connected to a single hub? The motherboard's rear ports should be built in with no external connection.

 

What device did you plug in that was 3.0? Did you try downloading the USB drivers from the motherboard website?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I was trying a thumb drive. The drivers are up-to-date.

When I tell a hub I did not mean an external hub I mean the one which is burned to the board. I am providing a screen shot of device manager. I guess it is an issue in the bios I have tried it but I failed to figure what is the problem, Can you Explain EHCI hand off which I guess have something to do with please help!!

I would not say a driver problem is more or less common based on age. I recommend getting the drivers from the vendor site either way, just to be absolutely sure the version is correct.
