Pc being weird

I didn‘t turn on my pc for the last week and when i tried today, this happened (check video)

 

It worked perfectly fine since i had it.

 

CPU Intel 9900k 

RAM Gskill trident z rgb (2x16gb)

GPU MSI rtx 2070

PSU Corsair hx 750i 

Motherboard Msi mpg z390 gaming edge 

 

Did my psu die on me?

 

Any help appreciated
