USB disconnects

I am having an issue where all my usb devices just shot off for a second or two then come right back the lighting on my fans aio and ram turn off too. Does anyone else have this issue or possible fixes

Hardware: Asus Prime x570 pro Mobo CPU: ryzen 3700x GPU: 2070 super PSU Seasonic 1000w Ram: 32gb kit of corsair vengance rgb pro 5 corsair white LL rgb Fans Commander Pro Corsair K95 Platinum keyboard m65 corsair mouse and void pro rgb wireless headset.
