pc wont work

so i have an hp all in one, and its always been fine working great, no signs of hdd failure or anything, and today i went to power it up, made it to the user screen, did my password and the screen just went black immediately, then it blue screened and restarted, i ran multiple diagnostics it says its good, but when i turn it on i get to the user screen and after doing my screen password it just says getting things ready for ab an hour or so then the screen goes black and nothing happens, i do have windows 11 though, it came with the computer when i bought it off of facebook marketplace, so is it possible thats the issue?

Might be Windows 11 but before reformatting to Windows 10 you should open your AIO and try with one RAM stick at a time. BSODs at login screen are often related to memory problems.
