I wouldn't let break out ones be a deal breaker. They are generally a sign of a cheaper case, however you can buy replacement screw in ones, in black or white.

I thought they meant the break away covers like on the S100 you linked to? That was my interpretation.

There are a pretty wide variety available, especially in black, mesh, slotted, it's just a PCI slot cover. Order them when you order the case if it bothers you that much. Like I said not a deal breaker necessarily.
