PC wont recognize GPU

So I'm upgrading from intel i7 6700k to a Ryzen 9 5950x and my MSI RTX 2080ti isn't working with the new build I know the card works because I was using it in my old system and can put it back in and it works fine. I have a old 1080 that works in both systems not sure why the 2080ti isn't working in the new one it will boot to windows with no display and the VGA light and q code AA will be on.

• OS - Windows 10 64bit
• CPU Ryzen 9 5950x
• GPU msi rtx 2080 ti gaming x trio
• G.skill Trident z rgb 4*8gb 3600 cl18
• Motherboard Asus rog strix x570-e
• Samsung 860 evo 1tb m.2
• PSU corsair HX1000

Drivers maybe? updated the drivers and still nothing. Had to update them with the 1080 installed though since ryzen 9 doesn't have Integrated graphics
