Does Witcher 3 have RTX support?

No (it came out in 2015).

 

There is a remaster coming this year, however we no word on DLSS or RTX features.

No, it doesn't, as it came out before anything that would fall under the Nvidia "RTX" branding existed, and adding any of that is probably well beyond what's possible for a user mod.

 

At present there's no firm information on the remastered version.

The next gen rerelease may have DLSS or RTX features, but the original game and all versions available now do not, as it came out a good five years before RTX was even a thing.

 

Also there isn't real RTX mods, RTX has to me implemented or added to the game via the developer. No mod  that is advertised as RTX is true real RTX. It just doesn't work that way at this point in time.
