First pc, going bad :(

Tried resetting the CMOS the bios detects everything correctly, but my asus dark hero mother board boots and tries to make repairs. Then I boot into the blue screen. Do I have bad ram or is it the motherboard? I am clueless

try booting into safe mode and update your drivers

I’m pretty sure it’s just bad ram, this all started when I changed the speed to 3466 of a 3600. I also tried resetting the and keeping files but it did not let me
