Issues with gpu or psu

Hello I suspect my gpu or psu are on the way to failing. My gpu is getting a third of the frames it was getting.

What make and model PSU and GPU?

 

What are the temps of the CPU and GPU ingame?

If specs of the pc in question are needed I am able to post

Gpu is Asus gtx 1650

Psu thermaltake 600 watt

psu model number SPD-0600P

gpu model number PG-Gtx1650-4G-PD

Temps of gpu and cpu are under 50C so I know I’m good temps wise.

can you please check if your GPU is 

 

- seated properly

- is using full 16x pci-e 3.0 (can see this in gpu-z)

 

- you are not using nvidia's newest drivers 

people with your GPU model reported alot of performance issues with the newest drivers lately in the nvidia forums. So give rerolling drivers a chance.

I’ve already tried reinstalling drivers. It’s operating in x16 speed. I moved it to another pc the other day and tried it there with no issues. So I suspected it was just my pci-e slot. Switched to the other slot it worked fine for a day then next day back to 20fps bs. I have the GeForce experience app so I keep up to date all the time.

this is not a good idea overall. Alot of updates just patch in more and more bugs currently. You have to choose your GPU driver wisely nowdays. Try 457.51 using DDU.

Still same results of 20fps or less in testing. Also on furmark

ok, maybe clean pci-e slots. but after that impossible to guess what is broken.

I did the cleaning already when I first removed my card to put into the other pc, during the initial testing before determining that it could be my video card or my psu.
