Is this normal?

I recently upgraded my laptop ram to 16 gb and around an hour ago I noticed that the ram usage is almost double of what it was before (3.3~3.5). Is this normal?

That's not unexpected. Windows 11 is a massive memory hog. The more you give to it the more it will take.
