I want to turn on the pc  with out front panel connectors on Mobo cause something bad happened to them . So I sort the green cable from the power supply to the ground (cable ) to turn the power supply on so the pc turns on but after doing it ( continuously sorting green to ground ) the pc doesn't boot only ,fans full spinning no sound from speaker no auto restart nothing on screen ( All the parts have been tested on other mother oard) also I have try clear CMOS and change battery. Finally after leaving it for about some time on motherboard parts get hot (not extremely) which means there is some activity. Did the method of Turning the PSU directly on by sorting the pins isn't correct or it needs something else or the Mobo has a problem
