Need help for brother's pc

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, GTAV, DaVinci Resolve, Photo and Video Editing, light graphics designing

Hell-bent on using the specific case mentioned below in the pcpartpicker url lol, apparently it's the size of an SSF but supporting m-atx mobos. cool, i guess?

no 3070s in budget, scoured the whole country lol. So sticking with the 3060Ti mentioned.

Did not go for a 5600x as that was slightly out of budget, don't want him to hassle with bios updates and stuff as B550s are kinda costly (he's 13 so yeah)

Monitor not included as I already have it. I will probably give him my 1080p 144Hz monitor or I might gift him a 1440p 144hz one soon lol.

Incase y'all wondering what would a 5600x build would look like (w/o fans, fan hub, cpu cooler, only a 750w psu *i say only but it's overkill but i want to go more overkill with 850w as i plan on gifting him a 3080 in 2022 when prices are normal lol*)..
