Would a asrock b450 pro4 handle 3950x at 4ghz on all cores with a 240mm aio?

The cooling on the VRMs doesnt look the best, but it should be fine, and I would suggest an aircooler

It does not handle it well at all. Been tested and I tried it was not good. Only way it kept going at good performance was with a fan directly aimed at the vrms. So yeah don't recommend it.

Thanks for the replies people guess i am gonna buy a arctic freezer esports duo 34 cause it has 2 fans.

We are talking about the motherboard. Not the cooler. The motherboard can't handle the cpu.
