If i reset the bios from the laptop motherboard by removing the battery, it will erase all bios updates i've made ?

no, only the settings you've put in the BIOS.
EDIT: if you, for example, boot from a M.2, you need to make sure to set boot to CSM and set that drive in highest priority.

Two weeks ago my windows update decided to download and install two bios firmware older than mine. Now my laptop colors are whiter. Do you think this could have damaged my bios ?

try going to Calibrate Color Display (from Start menu) and messing with those settings. Otherwise, if that doesn't fix it, that's a very weird issue that probably needs a professional to look at
