So I'm potentially moving into an IT team at work however there looking for data management trying to assess what leads would bring the best sales conversion. 

 

It's a call centre and we make about 200 thousand calls per day across 91 agents dialing.  Wr roughly make between 600-1200 calls per person. Not when we've finished our call we mark it down goes to a specific pot (not interested, no answer ect ect) my question is how we can manipulate these lists to figure out who's most likely going to answer an lead to a conversion. 

 

My skill set is dealing with the main server dealing with setting up dialers for new employees ect ect whereas I have no data management experience.
