Last checks before buying

Hi! I am soon (like next week) build my first pc and i just want to check so that everything looks good.

I am a little bit concerned about my CPU and that it will not handle the new games, because Watch Dogs need a quad core CPU, and this is only dual core. Should i go with AMD instead? This build is on a tight budget and this is as much as i can spend. The PC is for gaming, and btw i live in sweden so all parts may not be avalible here. I don't want to go any lower than a 660, because my 29'' moitor needs more power than most other monitors. Mostly i want the visible parts as black as possible, cause i will be putting in RGB strips and it will probably look weird if i have to many different colours.

No peripherals needed.

At least the m/b supports LGA 1150.

OP, don't spend $100 on a OCing board. Get a cheap H87 board or something like that.

Also, for the case, get a Corsair 200R.

Get a cheaper case and motherboard and try to aim for a 700 series card from nvidia, the difference is pretty big and you'll love it :)

@SAV1OUR Can i go with that build but with a GTX 760 instead, or does that make it not worth the price?

Do you think a FX-6300, an Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P and an MSI Geforce GTX 760 OC will be good enough?

I know Gigabyte makes good motherboards so you're ok there, with the CPU I read this and seems that you'd be ok with the 6300: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1765227/amd-6300-8350-gaming-performance.html

and a 760 will be a huge upgrade, a friend got one recently and he's re-playing every game he had because he says that "now he's properly playing games" :P

I personally think the C70 is a great choice, but if you really need to save money, then the 200R is fine. A great idea is to buy a grommet kit from Corsair; I like the design of the 200R but the lack of rubber grommets keeps me away from that case (I am very picky about my grommets).

^this

No one will buy a 4GB 760, except for dumb/misled first time builders. That simply doesn't make sense. And I'd take low temps, red or yellow highlights and absolute silence from the TF4 over the looks of Nvidia's shroud any day.
