power supply is overkill, the most i'd go for is a 650 watt, unless your getting a crazy good deal on the 750.

Edit, that CPU is incompatible, my recommendation would be a 10600K or a 10700K, as 11th gen isn't any better value than 10th gen.

Is that not a full ATX case? I would recommend a full ATX motherboard instead. Definitely recommend a better psu, as well. Also, the X63 (which includes RGB fans) appears to be cheaper in Belgium, but I'm not 100% sure if that's the case.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  (€273.99 @ Alternate Belgium)
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X63 RGB 91.19 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  (€142.95 @ Megekko)
Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard  (€142.95 @ Megekko)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (€109.89 @ Alternate Belgium)
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (€148.95 @ Megekko)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€94.89 @ Alternate Belgium)
€913.62

Why go with a 3700X when 5th gen Ryzen exists? 10th gen intel is better than 3rd gen Ryzen, and the same price, if not cheaper.

A 5800X would hit their budget pretty close. This list allows some room, in case they need other things as well. I don't make a habit of "Oh, you have a $1k budget? Here's a $1k parts list." Taxes are a thing too.

I already have a 550W power supply but i was afraid it wouldn't be enough
