I already have an msi 1060, with gpu prices right now i cant afford a new one.

Monitor, extra fans, keyboard and mouse are all covered.

Slight optimizations of your list

 

Added a cpu cooler so you can oc it, and yes you def want to oc the cpu since its only a 4c 8t, you will prob be able to get around 4.5ghz 1.4-1.45v

 

Swapped ram for 3200mhz cl16 cause 20$ saved and you can just oc your ram to 3600mhz anyways

 

Cheaper ssd

 

Better psu

 

Added an extra case fan for better airflow
